Position’s Contributions to Work Group:
- Part of the ME group supporting production processes and process improvement initiatives
Typical task breakdown:
- 30% office & 70% shop floor. Supporting PCN, Testing and validating process improvements, working with operators on maintaining processes, preparing reports and process review documents.
Interaction with team:
- Support daily operations in the manufacturing process
- Work with quality, operations, and design teams to validate new processes and process improvements.
Team Structure
- Key member of the team supporting production processes, reporting to Engineering Manager.
Work environment:
Office and Manufacturing floor
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 8-10
- Degree requirement: Bachelor’s in engineering field preferred but will consider comparable experience. (8-10 years if no BA)
