About this Role
- Broad exposure to electrification applications, from requirements development to analysis, to component selection and commissioning, we help ensure our future solutions are safe, meet performance expectations, and are compliant with industry standards
- We are on the front end of the electrification journey and are actively developing design guides and standard work to help the team work more efficiently
Interaction with team:
- Heavy collaboration; locally and with global team
Team Structure
- Manager overseeing 10-15 engineers, experienced tech leads, SMEs
Work environment:
95% office with occasional trips to Tech Center or PPG
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 10
- Degree requirement: BS Engineering (ME, EE primarily, unless they are working in this space already then I would consider other)
- NO 2 year degrees
- Open to Master’s with 8 years
- Do you accept internships as job experience: No
- Are there past or additional job titles or roles that would provide comparable background to this role: EV systems integration or test, Power systems design/analysis/test
