Sales Account Coordinator, Beauty & Care - Princeton, NJ Location: Princeton, NJ, US Do you have a passion for all things beauty and care? We're looking for a driven, tech-savvy team player to join our Sales Support team and help shape the future of customer engagement in the Beauty and Care industry. In this role, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our sales team—managing pricing, handling documentation, fielding marketing leads, and ensuring every customer interaction is smooth and impactful. You'll work with tools like SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Concur, so if you love learning new systems and staying organized, this is for you. Your Key Responsibilities: Support sales team with customer documentation requests, field all incoming leads, and submit to appropriate parties Act as CRM Regional Lead, coordinating team trainings and supporting with any reports needed or dashboards Collect, enter and execute the follow up from Lunch and Learns and other key customer meetings Assist the sales team by submitting timely expense reports on behalf of the Account Managers Represent the sales team as the Quotation Tool Lead and work with the development team to test the tool Enter contract pricing into SAP or the quotation tool, support sales team by targeting pricing in the tool, and enter pricing on various pack codes when there is a pricing discrepancy We Bring: Empowerment to make meaningful contributions while upholding ethical standards Recognition and celebration of your efforts and accomplishments Opportunities for growth and advancement for those who embrace innovation and take initiative Collaboration with experts in health, nutrition, and beauty to drive progress Customer-first approach, working with world-renowned brands to turn ideas into impactful solutions You Bring: In depth experience with SAP, Excel, and CRM preferred Working knowledge of the Beauty and Care industry a plus Extremely, motivated, energetic self-starter with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast paced, highly visible department and ever-changing environment Strong organizational and analytical skills needed for tracking, managing and analyzing customer lead effectiveness Bachelor's degree preferred The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $56,000-67,830. In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
