The Formula Administrator manages the full lifecycle of fragrance formulas, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across creation systems. Your Key Responsibilities
- Functional Execution & Quality Management: Execute and maintain fragrance formulas throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency across safety, regulatory, cost, availability, and technical requirements in all creation systems.
- Risk, Safety & Compliance Management: Apply established safety, regulatory, and palette standards through formula reviews, ingredient authorizations, and compliance checks to mitigate technical and business risk.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Service Delivery: Partner with creators, technical experts, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders to support formula transfers, submissions, disclosures, costing, and production readiness while balancing multiple priorities.
- Support documentation, formula disclosures, and client deliverables
- Provide technical input related to solvents, solubilizers, naturals, stability, and application requirements
- Assist with raw material introductions, internal screening programs, and archived formula reactivation

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Biology, or a related scientific discipline required
- Coursework or certification in cosmetic regulations, IFRA standards, or product safety preferred
- Experience with SAP, formulation management systems, or LIMS highly desirable
- Background in fragrance technology, raw materials, or cosmetic formulation considered an asset
