Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the R&D Compound Management function through daily laboratory and inventory operations
- Perform inventory management, GC-MS analysis, and automated liquid handling activities
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date databases and records
- Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to understand and support project needs
- Program, operate, and troubleshoot automated liquid handling systems

- Associate degree in a scientific discipline with 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry.
- Passionate about developing expertise in analytical chemistry, compound management, automation, and programming
- Industrial or academic laboratory research experience preferred
- Experience with data analysis and SQL preferred
- Familiarity with databases, information workflows, and basic programming concepts
- Experience troubleshooting laboratory instruments, automation systems, or software applications is advantageous
