cGMP Production Technician

You’ll produce high-quality products that reach millions, operating equipment and executing batch plans while meeting cGMP, SOP, safety, and performance targets.

What will I do day-to-day?

• Run and adjust processing/packaging lines; load ingredients and complete sanitation per procedure.
• Follow documented methods to meet specifications and hit Key Performance Measures.
• Flag issues early—communicate delays, equipment concerns, or deviations to peers and the Shift Team Lead.
• Document meticulously: MPR entries, cleaning logs, production logbooks, withdrawal sheets.
• Protect quality: capture equipment readings, perform microscopic particle checks, and carry out in-process testing.
• Support DICI (dsm-firmenich Integrated Continuous Improvement) and uphold the Arcadia Code of Conduct.
• Pitch in on additional responsibilities assigned by leadership.

What do I need to qualify?

• High school diploma or equivalent; Process Technology or related education is a plus.
• 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Training availability: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Ability to work a 12-hour night shift on a 2–2–3 rotation.
• Capability to safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Flexibility for overtime and changing shift patterns.

Hourly pay is expected to be between $21.00 and $24.00. Your offer will reflect your relevant skills, experience, education/training, and primary work location.
