Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and manage closing files through title commitment issuance.
- Review contracts, abstracts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Enter and maintain file information in company systems while meeting critical deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to support a smooth closing process.
- Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage as needed.
- Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in a real estate title, escrow, or closing support role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Professional demeanor, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance required.
