Real Estate Title Post Closer (Full Time) – Daphne, AL

Join DSLD Title as a Real Estate Title Post Closer, where accuracy, organization, and follow-through drive every closing. In this role, you will review executed documents, coordinate funding approvals, and ensure final transaction packages are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage funding documents, disbursements, recording, and final document distribution.
• Partner with the Escrow Officer and support the closing process as needed.
• Prepare, review, and interpret closing documents, including loan packages and title policies.
• Proofread documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Prioritize and meet daily time-sensitive deadlines.
• Provide backup support for escrow account activities, including receipt of funds, check issuance, and wire transfers.
• Maintain organized electronic records for time-sensitive transaction documents.
  
  
  

Job Requirements & Skills

• Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in a real estate title, escrow, or closing support role.
• Working knowledge of title insurance issuance.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Professional demeanor, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance required.
