- Serve as a plant‑facing planning partner to Operations, Customer Service, and Procurement, aligning on order fulfillment, material flow, and uninterrupted production
- Maintain and continuously improve MRP parameters, master data, and planning assumptions within the ERP environment to ensure accurate signals and execution
- Identify supply risks and constraints early, own recovery planning, and communicate timelines, scenarios, and recommendations clearly to commercial and operational stakeholders
- Support product transitions, phase‑in / phase‑out activities, changeovers, and sample fulfillment while minimizing service disruption and inventory risk
- Collaborate with Operations on short‑term capacity alignment, including maintenance downtime and labor availability, to ensure supply plans remain realistic and achievable
- Use analytics and data to monitor plan performance, identify bottlenecks, improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory health, and drive continuous improvement in planning effectiveness and service performance
