The position partners closely with manufacturing, engineering, and customers to drive scrap reduction, labor productivity, and new product introduction (NPI) success.
- Lead yield improvement, variation reduction, and cost reduction initiatives
- Own scrap reduction strategy and execution
- Manage tool, part design, and engineering standards
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) efforts to meet cost, quality, and timing targets
- Coaches and develops engineers at all levels
- Communicates complex technical topics clearly
- Maintains a strong business focus with measurable outcomes
Bachelors in Engineering Required
5 years of manufacturing engineering experience
Salary : $105,000 - $115,000
