The Senior Reliability Engineer plays a critical role in enhancing equipment performance, process reliability, and overall operational effectiveness. This position offers exposure to diverse technologies, capital projects, and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities to significantly impact both plant operations and long-term reliability strategy.

- Support capital projects of varying sizes by integrating reliability and maintainability into design and implementation
- Develop in-depth knowledge of site processes and equipment systems
- Lead and contribute to root cause analyses (RCAs), serving as a subject matter expert when needed
- Drive plant-wide reliability initiatives to improve long-term performance and stability
- Monitor and improve maintenance performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Focus on maximizing equipment uptime and ensuring proper installation practices
- Provide technical guidance and regulatory interpretation for engineering projects
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and engineering standards (e.g., OSHA, pressure systems, fire protection, process safety management)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of process operations and safety management systems
- Experience in chemical or process industries is beneficial but not required
