Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tactical EHS programs, policies, and procedures.
- Advise site leadership on safety, health, and environmental matters.
- Deliver technical safety training (e.g., PPE, ergonomics, forklift, chemical handling).
- Lead machine safeguarding efforts per OSHA, ANSI, and ISO standards.
- Conduct risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
- Collaborate on equipment design reviews and safety retrofits.
- Manage industrial hygiene programs (noise, air, chemical exposure).
- Ensure regulatory compliance through inspections and audits.
- Track corrective actions and support internal audit programs.
- Promote EHS awareness across departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5 years in EHS, with 3 years in manufacturing.
