District Manager - Food & Beverage

Our client, a leading organization within the food & beverage manufacturing space, is seeking a District Manager to lead commercial growth and field operations across a defined territory. This role is responsible for driving revenue, managing key customer relationships, and leading a technical service team to deliver best-in-class solutions.
This is a high-impact leadership position offering full ownership of district performance, including sales strategy, team development, and P&L accountability.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share across the district
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and drive territory development initiatives
- Lead and manage a team of field service engineers to ensure exceptional customer support and service delivery
- Oversee district operations, including service scheduling and on-site solution delivery
- Manage full P&L responsibility including forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Develop and coach team members to achieve individual and collective performance goals
- Align district objectives with broader divisional goals for growth, service excellence, and operational efficiency
- Stay current on industry trends, technology developments, and market dynamics
- Bachelor's Degree required (science or technical field preferred)
- 8 years of direct sales experience within the food & beverage or related manufacturing industry
- 3-5 years of leadership experience managing sales or technical teams
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, territory management, and customer engagement
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance metrics
- Exposure to technical solutions within industrial or process manufacturing environments is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
