Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Lead planning, implementation, optimization, and reporting for digital paid media programs across all brands.
- Manage campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads, including keyword strategy, audience development, creative testing, and landing page alignment.
- Develop testing roadmaps (A/B tests, bid strategy trials, audience experiments, landing page optimization, etc.) to increase lead volume and improve CAC.
- Identify new channel opportunities and initiatives to drive scalable growth.
- Monitor campaign performance daily/weekly/monthly and proactively identify trends, seasonality, or inefficiencies.
- Build dashboards and performance reports leveraging analytics and attribution tools.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross‑functional partners and leadership.
- Track, monitor, and adjust paid media budgets across brands and regions.
- Ensure campaigns pace to monthly and annual goals.
- Provide recommendations to improve spend efficiency and maximize ROI.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for paid media agencies and external partners.
- Oversee quality of execution, performance, timelines, and reporting standards.
- Review and approve media plans, creative recommendations, and forecasts.
- Partner with regional marketers, creative teams, IT, and web teams to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless customer journeys.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing planning.
- Support initiatives that enhance customer retention, referral activity, and overall lifecycle performance.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and local teams to improve lead-to-close efficiency and strengthen funnel performance.
- 5 years in digital marketing with strong experience in multi‑channel paid media, lead generation, and performance optimization.
- Experience in home services, franchise systems, or multi‑brand environments (preferred but not required).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and guide strategy.
- Proven ability to manage agency relationships and collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Deep understanding of paid digital channels, analytics platforms, and customer lifecycle strategies.

Salary : $110,000 - $125,000
