The Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial operations at the manufacturing site, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective cost management. This role partners closely with site and corporate leadership to drive financial performance, support operational decision-making, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site accounting operations, including cost accounting, inventory, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, variances, and KPIs to support operational performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the site
- Support capital expenditure analysis and ROI tracking
- Partner with operations to drive cost control and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with internal audits, external audits, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and lead the site finance team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)
- 7-10 years of progressive finance/accounting experience in manufacturing
- Strong cost accounting and inventory management background
- Proven ability to partner with operations and leadership
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
