Essential Job Responsibilities
- Operate truck scale to weigh inbound and outbound vehicles
- Accurately record weights, product information, and driver details
- Verify load tickets, bills of lading, and other required documentation
- Monitor and control site access in accordance with client procedures
- Communicate effectively with drivers, site personnel, and management
- Observe and report any safety hazards, incidents, or suspicious activity
- Maintain accurate logs and complete reports in a timely manner
- Follow all DSI and client-specific policies, procedures, and post orders
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, reporting systems)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors or in varying weather conditions as required by site
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
