Visitor Control Officers are responsible for: greeting visitors, using electronic kiosks and computer systems, giving directions, assistance into the building as needed, as well as maintaining great customer service and a positive attitude.
You will work in a healthcare setting which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Being on time, dependable and having excellent attendance is required.
Visitor Control Officers are responsible for access control and being observant and attention to detail is key.

In addition- You will promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards. You will need to understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions. You will participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures, as well as DSI’s safety manual. You will be interacting with clients, visitors, employees, and the public in a professional manner.
This position will require you to be customer service oriented, great interpersonal skills and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as a Visitor Control Officer.
Pre-employment requirements are to be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required. You must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication. You must pass all required background and drug screenings.
