Staffing Specialist

Join the DSI Security Services team, where we focus on hiring quality people and providing superior service to our clients. We are seeking an experienced Staffing Specialist to support our operations through full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and talent management.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle staffing for branch hiring needs
• Partner with Operations to understand and meet staffing requirements
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates
• Support licensing, compliance, and time-to-fill goals
• Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a positive start for each employee
• Build relationships with candidates, employees, and external partners

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year recruiting experience (required)
• 1 year scheduling experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience sourcing talent and attracting passive candidates
• Ability to work on-site in King of Prussia, PA
