This is a full-time hybrid role located in Lancaster, PA, with opportunities for remote work. The Director of Operations will oversee the daily management of operational workflows, foster team development, and ensure compliance with budgetary and project goals. Primary responsibilities include directing facilities management programs, analyzing performance metrics, optimizing operational processes, setting budgets, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients. Collaboration with teams and stakeholders to improve efficiency and achieve organizational goals will also be a core function of this role.
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and process improvement
- Proven ability to perform Data Analysis and utilize Analytical Skills to drive decisions
- Experience in Team Management and leadership to develop and guide teams effectively
- Competence in overseeing financial operations, including Budgeting and cost management
