Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive System Engineer to lead, develop, and mentor a diverse team of SETA professionals supporting the planning, development, management, sustainment, and execution of the U.S. Army's PNT system of systems architecture and associated PNT products for the Army's mounted and dismounted platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a current and ability to maintain a SECRET Clearance
- Bachelors Degree in Business or related scientific or technical discipline
- Military experience highly desired
- Seven (7) years of experience in Integrated Logistic Support and System Life Cycle Support areas of DOD application
- Experience as a Senior Integrated Logistics Specialist on a large hardware/software national security system in the DoD
- Experience working with large SETA support operations providing Logistics oversight for a diverse team of contractors
- Experience in configuration management, risk management, and integrated master scheduling
- Knowledge of Army regulations including: AR 770-2, AR-770-3, AR 700-127, AR 70-1, AR 750-1, AR 735-5, AR 710-3, DoDI 5000.02 and Unites States Code Title 10 Sections 2466 and 2464
- Knowledgeable of policies relevant to PNT, IT, security, and acquisition
- Experience developing or supporting Life Cycle Sustainment Plan (LCSP), Core Logistics Analysis (CLA), Core Depot Assessment (CDA), Depot Source of Repair (DSOR) Analysis, Integrated Logistics Assessment (ILA)
- Experience formulating long- and short-term logistics and product support planning
- Experience supporting Business Case Analysis (BCA), independent logistics assessment documents; integrated master schedules, and associated logistics Acquisition Decision Memorandums
- Experience preparing for and supporting logistics audits and audit readiness testing
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Is agile in responding and leading his team to quickly and effectively respond to urgent and surge requirements
- Experience managing acquisition requirements and contract schedules/milestones
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence to deliver efficiencies in areas such as threat detection, resilient architectures, software development, test and evaluation
- Experienced in using Agile methodologies in leadership, to reduce technical risk, enhance flexibility in delivery, provide real-time technical oversight, etc.

- Advanced Degree in Business or a technical field
- Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service may be substituted for education
- Current INCOSE DAWIA Level II/III in Life Cycle Logistics, PMP Certifications
- Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and serve as integrator/liaison
Key Responsibilities
- Lead logistics support activities for PM PNT programs across acquisition phases
- Develop and refine short- and long-range logistics strategies
- Support audit readiness
- Prepare and review logistics documentation including SEPs, risk management plans, and configuration management plans
- Provide input to resource planning and budgetary products
- Lead logistics audit preparation and readiness testing
- Maintain and deliver sustainment documentation for internal and external reviews
- Support fielding synchronization meetings and brief PM PNT system readiness
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and support of fielded systems
- Assist in drafting and reviewing acquisition documentation
- Provide technical advice during proposal evaluations and contract reviews
- Contribute to internal controls, standards, and procedures in response to new policies and directives
