We are seeking a full-time, on-site Daycare Director to join our team in O'Fallon, IL. The Daycare Director will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with state and local licensing requirements. Responsibilities include supervising and training staff, creating age-appropriate curriculums, maintaining a safe and clean environment, managing budgets, and communicating with parents and guardians to ensure a strong partnership. Qualifications
- Leadership and Management: Proven experience in team leadership, staff development, and problem-solving to address operational challenges effectively.
- Early Childhood Development: Knowledge of age-appropriate programs, child development best practices, and curriculum planning.
