Position
Senior Tech Support Analyst – San Antonio, TX (Healthcare IT)
Responsibilities
- Image and deploy hardware/software for new hires and acquisitions
- Re-image and recover existing hardware for re-deployment
- Provide remote support using control tools and escalate per SLA procedures
- Accurately log incidents and resolutions in the incident management system
- Travel to multiple local clinics for onsite technical support
- Collaborate with users of varying skill levels, including medical staff and providers
- Ensure documentation and timely communication of technical issues
- Anticipate user needs and proactively suggest solutions
- Maintain adherence to a standard 40-hour work week (8 AM – 5 PM)
- 3–5 years of IT experience (desktop support/troubleshooting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience articulating technical solutions to non-technical users
- Must have own transportation and be open to local travel (25%)
- Certifications (A , Network , or related) preferred
- Healthcare/clinical IT support experience is a plus
- Work Location: Onsite in San Antonio, TX (TX262)
- Interview Mode: Phone
- Travel: Up to 25% locally (clinic site visits)
- Citizenship: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. – No sponsorship or C2C
- Must be based in or near San Antonio, TX
- Must have reliable transportation for local travel
