We are looking for reliable contractors who can perform property preservation, maintenance, and repair services while maintaining quality workmanship and meeting client deadlines.
Services Include:
- Grass Cuts
- Debris Removal
- Lock Changes & Secures
- Winterizations
- Maid Services
- Minor Repairs
- Eviction Services
- Property Inspections
- General Property Maintenance
- Interior & Exterior Maintenace
Requirements:
- Experience in property preservation is preferred
- Reliable transportation and equipment
- Smartphone capable of taking and uploading photos
- Ability to follow client guidelines and deadlines
- Ability to provide before, during, and after photos
- Insurance is a plus
