Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and coach a team of Field Sales Associates across your region
- Set territory plans, activity targets, and revenue quotas for your team
- Personally close mid-market and enterprise accounts (HOAs, multi-site retail, GCs, large events)
- Run weekly pipeline reviews and ride-alongs with reps
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth client transitions and renewals
- Report regional performance and forecasting to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Five or more years of B2B sales experience with two or more in a sales leadership role
- Proven record of building and managing commission-based sales teams
- Strong closer with experience in security, staffing, facilities, or related services
- CRM mastery and disciplined pipeline management
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable being paid for performance
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
