We’re currently seeking a motivated, outgoing, and experienced Sales Representative to join our growing team. If you have a background in construction sales, building materials, or home improvement services—and you’re passionate about delivering top-tier results—this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
· Generate new B2B leads and build strong relationships with builders, general contractors, developers, and architects.
· Follow up on warm leads and inbound inquiries—our team will support your efforts by helping generate quality opportunities.
· Sell and promote professional drywall services for new construction projects, including high-end custom homes, multifamily developments, and commercial buildings.
· Conduct job site visits to assess project needs, gather scope details, and deliver accurate, competitive proposals.
· Build long-term client relationships through expert service, consistent communication, and reliable follow-through.
· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Maintain up-to-date records of sales activity, proposals, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
Qualifications:
· Experience in construction sales, drywall, or related building trades preferred—but not required.
· Familiarity with residential and commercial construction processes, especially in custom home building, is a plus.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Highly self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job site visits and client meetings.
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (or willing to learn).
