Drywall Enterprise LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily construction site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to established schedules and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, construction management experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors on active construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction site activities.
- Manage subcontractors, foremen, and construction crews.
- Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and work progress.
- Ensure construction work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and resources.
- Read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and project plans.
- Identify and resolve job site issues to minimize delays.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to management.
- Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar construction leadership role.
- Knowledge of drywall installation, metal framing, and general construction operations.
- Experience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple crews.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
