Job Description
Drywall Enterprise LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to lead and coordinate construction crews for projects in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The ideal candidate must have proven hands-on experience in drywall installation, metal stud framing, and drywall punch list completion. We are looking for a dependable leader who can coordinate field operations, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure work is completed safely and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities and crews.
- Oversee drywall installation and finishing work.
- Coordinate metal stud framing operations.
- Inspect completed work and manage drywall punch list items.
- Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with superintendents, project managers, and other trades.
- Monitor productivity, deadlines, and jobsite safety.
- Identify and resolve construction issues in the field.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman.
- Demonstrated experience in all three areas:
- Drywall installation.
- Metal stud framing.
- Drywall punch list completion.
- Strong leadership and crew coordination skills.
- Ability to read and follow construction plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Must be able to work on-site in Cincinnati, Ohio.
