Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple: focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us, that's blowouts. No cuts. No color. Just blowouts.

We're looking for relentless, target-crushing sales animals who treat every client, every call, and every walk-in as a chance to sell. If hitting quota gets your heart racing — and missing it keeps you up at night — this is your role.
Your mission: SELL. Every shift. Every client. Every call.
- Close memberships, relentlessly — pitch and sign up new members on every single visit. No pitch, no exception.
- Live on the phones — crush a daily outbound call list: book appointments, win back lapsed members, chase down prospects, and reactivate your book. You want the phone in your hand.
- Beat your numbers — daily, weekly, monthly targets are the scoreboard, and you play to win. "On track" isn't the goal. Blowing past it is.
- Upsell everything — add-ons, retail, upgrades, packages. Every transaction is bigger because you're behind the desk.
- Build your book and own it — turn one-time clients into loyal, recurring, revenue-generating members who refer their friends.
- Convert, convert, convert — walk-ins, first-timers, browsers. You don't let anyone leave without a reason to come back and pay.

What you MUST bring (non-negotiables):
- 1 years of real sales experience (retail sales, membership sales, inside/phone sales, or any quota-carrying role) — required, no exceptions
- Totally comfortable and confident on the phone — making outbound calls and reaching out to members and prospects is second nature, not a chore
- A proven, documented track record of hitting and beating sales targets
- Elite closing skills — you overcome objections, create urgency, and ask for the sale every time
- A genuine, obvious hunger to sell — you're competitive, driven, and energized by the chase
- Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
- Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Track record of over-the-top, amazing customer service that keeps members coming back
- Ability to multitask with ease
- Frequently required to stand and/or walk for the duration of 6–8 hour shifts
- Cool, confident, and professional under pressure
