Position overivew
To support rapid growth in North America, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth across the U.S. market. This role is pivotal in driving net-new business through strategic outbound outreach and inbound lead management.
This role requires a proficient self-starter - you will oversee the end-to-end management of outbound prospecting against set targets, leveraging all the tools at your disposal, ensuring alignment with business goals. Your ability to cultivate a deep understanding of your target audience to create tailored outreach programs will be key to your success.
What you’ll do at DRUID
- Proactively prospect new business opportunities within new and existing accounts via cold call, email, prospecting tools, and marketing leads provided
- Develop and execute cold outreach campaigns to target potential prospects for generating new leads and sales within assigned territory
- Timely follow-up and management of inbound lead funnel within territory
- Analyse the territory/market potential and develop sales strategy to maximize DRUID revenue potential
- Work closely with your Account Executives on defined strategies, target focus and outbound programs
- Evangelize DRUID brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting, and selling our solutions by leveraging a value selling approach
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory
- Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Update and maintain the CRM system
- Supply management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, activities, and potential for new products and services
- Continuously test and iterate outbound prospecting campaigns with tailored and personalized messaging
What you’ll bring to DRUID
- Strong track record of success in generating new leads and cold-calling
- Strong understanding of the US technology buying market and customer behavior
- Proficiency in CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), email platforms, and data tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
- A self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and account executives
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Fluency in business English
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
