Drug Crafters is a trusted compounding pharmacy serving patients across 24 states for over 15 years. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support our fast-paced production and fulfillment operations.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our customized medications arepackaged, processed, and shipped accurately and efficiently to patients and clinics.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately package and prepare orders for shipment
• Verify shipment contents against prescriptions and order details
• Process outgoing shipments using designated carriers and systems
• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and compliance with internal procedures
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of shipping and staging areas
• Coordinate with production and pharmacy teams to meet shipping deadlines
• Monitor shipping supplies and notify leadership of inventory needs

Requirements

• Prior shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Experience in a regulated healthcare or pharmacy environment is a plus (not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 10 lbs consistently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Must pass background check and pre-employment/random drug screening
• Positive, self-driven work ethic

Compensation

• Pay: $17.00-21.00 per hour, based on experience
• Job Type: Full-Time
