Part-Time Weekend Pharmacist
Location: Frisco, TX | Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Drug Crafters is a growing compounding pharmacy with over 15 years of experience serving patients and prescribers across 36 states. We specialize in hormone replacement therapy (HRT), anti-aging therapies, and sterile minerals and vitamins, compounding both sterile and non-sterile medications.

Role Overview
We are seeking a clinically focused Pharmacist to support weekend production operations. This role is primarily responsible for helping the team keep pace with high-demand compounds while maintaining the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.
While there is limited direct patient interaction, exceptional customer service remains essential in all communication with patients and prescribers.
This position is scheduled for:
- Saturdays & Sundays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Pharmacy open to the public on Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
There may be opportunities to pick up additional weekday PRN hours based on business needs and individual interest.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately review and verify prescriptions for clinical appropriateness, completeness, and compliance before compounding
- Support production workflow to meet high-volume demand
- Ensure all prescriptions are clinically appropriate and meet regulatory requirements
- Collaborate closely with pharmacy team members to maintain efficiency and quality
- Provide excellent service to patients and prescribers as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (required)
- Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience
- Sterile compounding certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Positive, self-driven, and accountable work style
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
