Job Overview:The primary duty of this direct professional position involves providing a variety of case management services designed to successfully engage highly resistant substance involved individuals who are generally under criminal and/or legal supervision in receiving a Substance Abuse & Mental Health Assessment (SAMHA) and following through with recommended treatment. Job activities include, but are not limited to:
> Aftercare Monitoring
