Job Type: Full time & Permanent
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in related field & Clinical License recognized in the State of Florida.
Experience Required: 3 years in a related field (behavioral health/clinical setting) and as a supervisor
Job overview:
Manage and provide leadership for residential recovery programs and as follows.
Supervises:
> Clinical Support Milieu Staff/Behavioral Health Technicians
> Clinical Therapists
Duties:
> support, maintain, and manage residential environment of 24/7 recovery programs
> provide oversight, direction, training, guidance, supervision & leadership for all residential program services, such as housing/living support, food/nourishment support, recreational activities, medication/medical management, supervision/control of clients, manage property/contraband, visitation, disaster management, program supply management, facility cleanliness/maintenance, administrative support, such as staff schedule/shift coverage.
> provide oversight, direction, training, guidance to clinical therapists in both residential and outpatient service settings
