A not-for-profit, community-based substance abuse treatment & prevention agency is looking for an Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time position with benefits and is available immediately.
Experience in related field preferred; Bachelor’s Degree is required/ Master's Degree in related field preferred.
The primary duty of the Administrative Assistant position involves managing day-to-day tasks assigned as listed below.
Position overview:
> General Administrative Support to Executive Office
> Manage and maintain Board of Director's relations/prepare for Board meetings
> Manage and maintain Executive Staff relations
> Manage contractors/partnership/stakeholder relations
> Manage Executive Offices' workflow and deliverables/projects
> Manage Client/Customer care relations
> Manage Public Relations/General Community Relations
