Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to support our sales and marketing operations. This role is essential in maintaining accurate data, supporting revenue-generating activities, and ensuring alignment across teams.

What You’ll Do
Sales Support
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and pipeline data
- Generate and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Track leads, opportunities, and conversion activity
- Assist with proposals, contracts, and customer documentation
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and internal communications
Marketing Support
- Assist with execution of marketing campaigns, including email and digital initiatives
- Coordinate newsletters, internal communications, and marketing materials
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms
- Track campaign performance and compile engagement reports
- Support events, promotions, and customer engagement efforts
Data & Reporting
- Compile and analyze data to support sales and marketing decision-making
- Support reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance
Cross-Functional Support
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams
- Maintain organized documentation and reporting processes
- Assist with vendor coordination, invoices, and administrative processes
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
- 2 years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative operations
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain or brokerage environments is a plus
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to analyze and report on data effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
