The Comfort Inn in Blairsville, Georgia is seeking candidates for Laundry attendant
- The Laundry Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry are properly cleaned, pressed, and organized in a timely manner. This role plays a key part in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- It requires 8 am - 3 pm shift must and weekends available is must
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Check laundry items for stains or damage before and after cleaning.
- Keep laundry area clean, organized, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain inventory of laundry supplies (detergents, fabric softeners, etc.) and report when restocking is needed.
- Label and track guest laundry to ensure accurate and prompt return.
- Assist with linen counts and recordkeeping as directed.
- Follow hotel policies, health, and safety regulations at all times.
- Support other housekeeping functions when required.
