Position Description: Account Executive
The Account Manager role is a high-energy, relationship-driven position to help our top clients grow their business with DHM, and to forge new partnerships with real-estate offices across the region. This role blends account management, business development, and local market relationship-building.
You’ll own relationships with our top realtor customers, ensuring they see DHM as a trusted partner for all their media needs - photography/videography services on their listings plus brandbuilding and social media services. You’ll also prospect new agent teams and brokerage offices (e.g. Berkshire Hathaway, eXp, local independents, etc.) to establish partnerships and programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as senior relationship manager to DHM’s top realtor clients — understand their goals, needs, and satisfaction with the ongoing performance of DHM for their listings.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand their use of DHM services such as adding drone video, twilight photography, reels, etc.
- Conduct periodic check-ins, performance reviews, and in-office or virtual meetings to strengthen relationships.
- Track account metrics such as listing volume, revenue growth, and service mix.
New Business & Partnerships (50%)
- Research and engage real-estate offices and agent teams that fit DHM’s ideal client profile to have them begin using DHM for the first time.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, in-person visits, and event participation
- Present DHM’s services to brokerage leaders, office managers, and individual realtors, tailoring proposals and services to their needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to run limited-time promotions and amplify service offerings.
- Track prospects, meetings, and conversion/revenue metrics.
Goals
- Top clients increase service utilization and overall business with DHM
- Acquire new clients by creating partnerships and programs with broker offices in the region
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Ensure realtors view DHM as a trusted partner, not just a vendor.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED: Experience in photography/media, real estate, marketing services, or SMB Sales
- REQUIRED: 3–5 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — equally comfortable presenting to a group or chatting one-on-one with agents.
- Familiarity with real-estate workflows, MLS listings, and marketing tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management; thrives in a role with autonomy and clear performance goals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client offices (Western/Central MA focus).
