Rate Range $64 hr C2C or $53 hr W2 All Inc

Must have Banking domain experience

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Agile Champion/Agile methodology to lead complex technology initiatives and drive Agile transformation across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, technical acumen, and a passion for fostering Agile best practices to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

This role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, architecture, business stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure successful project execution, continuous improvement, and organizational agility.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects from initiation through deployment and post-production support.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk management strategies.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Agile Leadership & Coaching

• Act as an Agile Champion, promoting Agile values, principles, and best practices across teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
• Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Drive Agile maturity assessments and implement process improvements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, accountability, and innovation.

Technical Program Coordination

• Partner with engineering and architecture teams to understand technical dependencies and solution delivery requirements.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional workstreams.
• Manage vendor and third-party engagements as needed.
• Ensure alignment between business goals, technical solutions, and project execution.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships with business leaders, product teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Communicate project priorities, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.
• Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution among stakeholders.

Risk & Quality Management

• Identify and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to organizational governance, compliance, and quality standards.
• Implement metrics and KPIs to measure project and team performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8 years of Project Management experience delivering complex technology initiatives.
• 5 years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Proven track record of leading Agile transformations and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience with project management and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
• Experience in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Experience managing enterprise applications, digital transformation, or modernization initiatives.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and release management processes
