• End User Computing EUC operations and L1, L2, L3 support.
• Microsoft Intune Autopilot compliance policies device management.
• Active Directory Azure AD identity access management.
• Endpoint security BitLocker Defender Conditional Access.
Secondary Nice To Have Skills.
• PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Application packaging MSI MSIX IntuneWin.
• Patch management and CAB processes.
• Microsoft 365 application support.
