Job Description

We are seeking a QA Automation Tester (Python AI) to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Python automation testing frameworks and practical knowledge of AI/ML-based testing approaches. This role requires a hands-on professional who can design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, integrate AI-driven testing tools, and ensure high-quality software delivery within agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python.
• Implement AI-based testing solutions for predictive analytics, defect detection, and intelligent test case generation.
• Work closely with developers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across web, API, and backend layers.
• Develop and manage test frameworks and pipelines for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and collaborate with development teams for quick resolution.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, cases, and reports.
• Continuously improve automation coverage and testing efficiency through innovation and AI tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of experience in QA Automation Testing, with a strong focus on Python.
• Proficiency with Python testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Unittest, Behave, Robot Framework).
• Experience with AI/ML integration in testing, such as model validation, anomaly detection, or AI-assisted test generation.
• Hands-on experience with API automation (e.g., REST Assured, Postman, Requests).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in test data management and data-driven testing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
