Droisys is seeking P&C QA Test Lead job offering Onsite for a long-term job opportunity in Cincinnati, OH area of the USA.

Position: P&C QA Functional Test Lead

Location: Cincinnati, OH - Onsite preferred (Remote Initially will be okay)

Duration: Long Term

Technical Skills: (Primary):

· Strong Knowledge in P&C Insurance with hands-on experience in PAS Module.

· 5 years of experience in testing Duck Creek Applications.

· 5 years of experience in Software Testing & Quality Assurance

· have Strong Selenium or Katalon hands-on experience along with Framework design with strong script debugging skills and reporting failure analysis.

· Strong Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation/SCM Tool (Jenkins/GIT)

· Proficient in Test Management Tools - Rally/JIRA/HP-QC/VSTS/TFS

· Proficient in Core Java/Groovy Scripting

· Sound Knowledge of Testing Framework (Cucumber/TestNG)

· Sound Knowledge of API Testing.

· Good Experience in handling Headless Automation

· Adherence to Testing Best Practices & Methodologies (Unit, End-To-End, Etc.)

· Build & Maintain Automated Test Scripts and prepare Test Results/Reports.

· Should be able to handle Manual test Execution & Analysis

· Should be able to review test cases following the review process.

· Should possess strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology, methodologies, and systems.

· Should be able to triage Defects and perform Root Cause analysis on Defects.

· Should be able to track the Project Metrics relevant to Automation and also prepare Test Strategy/Plans to achieve the milestone on time

Technical Skills (Secondary):

· Database Technologies: SQL, MS SQL Server, Relational Databases

· Sound knowledge on Downstream Validation and Database concepts and hands on writing basic/complex SQL queries.

· Familiar with PFDM/EDW/FDW/BDM/OOB Validations with expertise on OOB Analysis/Hold Analysis

· Familiar with Agile software development methodologies

Soft Skills:

· Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.

· Requirement Review, Work Effort Estimation and Functional Walkthrough

· Coordination between Onsite & Offshore as well as with client

· Responsible for effective communication between the project team and the customer.
