Product Owner – Agentic AI Experience

Phoenix, AZ -Onsite

Rate Range $60 to $63 hr C2C All Inc

We have an immediate need for a Phoenix-based Product Owner with experience leading modern Agile delivery teams, including teams leveraging Agentic AI tools and AI-assisted software development workflows.

Key Requirements:

• Strong Product Owner background working with Scrum teams

• Experience managing distributed teams across Phoenix and India

• Hands-on experience working with engineering teams using Agentic AI tools such as Devin, GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI engineering assistants

• Ability to operate effectively in both traditional Agile environments and AI-enabled delivery models

• Strong stakeholder communication, backlog management, and sprint execution experience

• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams using AI-accelerated development practices
