Key Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class service by creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for every guest.
• Actively build relationships with customers, guiding them through design choices and product selections.
• Accurately process sales transactions and assist customers with credit and financing options.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Support daily store operations — including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and documentation.
• Contribute to inventory management, product placement, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with team members and management to maintain store presentation and operational excellence.
