Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Amazon packages using company-provided cargo vans.
- Navigate routes efficiently using handheld GPS devices.
- Operate safely in all weather conditions.
- Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and delivery standards.
- Work shifts ranging from 8–12 hours on schedules such as 4 days on/3 off or 5 days on/2 off.
Working Conditions
- Fast-paced, physical, outdoor environment.
- Team-oriented and safety-driven culture.
- Schedules vary based on route type and seasonal demand.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (no CDL required).
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Comfortable walking up to 10 miles per day and entering/exiting the van 150 times.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused.
- Weekend availability preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
