What You’ll Do
Define Strategy & Roadmap
- Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Agentic AI platform
- Align product direction with customer needs, business priorities, and market opportunities
Translate Ideas into Action
- Convert abstract business problems into clear, actionable technical requirements
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to ensure feasibility and measurable impact
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, data science, UX, and customer success teams
- Bring innovative AI features from concept to market
Deliver with Precision
- Own end-to-end product delivery
- Manage product backlogs, run Agile ceremonies, and ensure high-quality releases
Stay Ahead of the Curve
- Use market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to guide decision-making
- Keep the product ahead in the rapidly evolving AI landscape
Be the Connector
- Bridge business and technical teams
- Communicate compelling product narratives that resonate with executives, stakeholders, and engineers
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in Product Management
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML products, data-driven platforms, or enterprise SaaS
- Strong technical fluency and understanding of AI lifecycles, data pipelines, and ML deployment
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities with a knack for simplifying complex concepts
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without formal authority
- Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing strategy with execution
- MBA or a technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) is a plus
