Key Skills are: L1 Support, On Call support experience, Handling all the Inbound calls, chat and emails in Service Desk, Handling basic L1 level queries from the end users.
Job Description
· 4 years of experience in providing Desktop Support with Windows 10 and Windows 8 support.
· Maintain ownership of user issues and ensure that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
· Escalate issues and involve experts wherever required to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
· Good experience working on Windows OS.
· Good experience with Microsoft Office product suite.
· Third party vendor management and support.
· Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls.
· Knowledge working on remote support tools.
· Excellent communication skills
· Excellent remote support troubleshooting skills.
