Full-Stack Python Engineer with Django or FastApi experience

Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong backend focus to build scalable, secure, and intelligent systems. In this role, you will work at the core of AI innovation—developing solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and cutting-edge agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).

You will contribute to a platform that enables agent-to-agent communication and autonomous decision-making, moving beyond traditional LLM applications to deliver structured, enterprise-grade action flows. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of agentic AI systems and define how intelligent agents reason, collaborate, and execute across real-world enterprise processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend systems using Python (Django, FastAPI)
• Design, implement, and maintain secure RESTful APIs and backend services
• Model and manage data using relational databases and ORMs
• Build and manage containerized services using Docker; deploy and troubleshoot on Linux environments
• Integrate AI-driven features using LLMs or external AI APIs
• Collaborate on frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks such as Svelte, React, or Angular
• Implement unit tests, integration tests, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling
• Ensure performance, security, and compliance across services

Technical Skills

• 4–7 years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, Django, and FastAPI
• REST API design and development expertise
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs (Django ORM, SQLAlchemy)
• Proficiency with Docker, Git, and CI/CD integrations
• Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks

Bonus Skills

• Experience with asynchronous Python (asyncio, FastAPI async routes)
• Event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Kubernetes, Helm, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Security/auth protocols (OAuth2, OpenID), RBAC implementation
• Monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Experience with AI model serving, ETL pipelines, or compliance/security standards
