Responsibilities
- Develop, design and articulate a clear creative vision that aligns with brand goals and audience engagement strategies.
- Design and develop new website.
- Source new furniture designs and fabric collections.
- Lead and motivate creative teams including designers, copywriters, videographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality work.
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept ideation through execution, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in all deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and executive stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining tight deadlines and quality standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative techniques to keep the brand at the forefront of creativity.
- Present concepts and campaign ideas confidently to internal teams and external clients or partners.
- Ensure all creative output adheres to brand guidelines, legal standards, and best practices for accessibility and inclusivity.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a senior creative leadership role within a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional visual storytelling skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating innovative campaigns across digital, print, video, and social media platforms.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a talent for inspiring teams and fostering collaborative creativity.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with an eye for detail and quality control.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or equivalent tools.
