We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support both clinical and administrative operations in a fast-paced driver rehabilitation practice. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily workflows, including managing electronic medical records (EMR), coordinating schedules, handling client communications, and maintaining accurate documentation.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and committed to providing an excellent client experience while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client scheduling for evaluations, training sessions, and follow-ups
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR) and client files
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and faxes with professionalism and accuracy
- Coordinate authorizations and ensure required documentation is on file
- Support workflow processes and complete administrative tasks in Microsoft Teams
- Provide front desk support, including greeting clients as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to learn and navigate EMR systems
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to HIPAA compliance
- Medical office experience preferred
