Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment using precision measuring instruments and schematics.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues utilizing electrical diagnostic tools such as ammeters and ohmmeters.
- Repair and replace faulty components on industrial machinery, including motors, pumps, conveyors, and HVAC/R systems.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering troubleshooting manuals to accurately identify issues.
- Conduct welding ( welding specifications), equipment repairs, and perform maintenance on various mechanical systems.
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and manage inventory.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements for efficiency and safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a manufacturing facility environment with strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices.
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems diagnostics, troubleshooting pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing tools.
- Ability to read electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals accurately.
- Demonstrated proficiency in welding ( welding), HVAC/R systems, and equipment repair techniques.
- Knowledge of industrial electrician practices combined with excellent analysis skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and vendors.
- Valid certification or experience in HVAC systems, scissor lift operation, industrial electrician work, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial environment while adhering to safety protocols.
